From one of the finest Cape vintages of the decade, the 2015 Cinq is a classical Bordeaux blend of 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 17% Malbec, 12% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot, grown on decomposed granite in the Polkadraai Hills and made by Chris Keet.
Now with bottle age, showing cassis and dried herb over cedar and graphite, with resolved tannins and a long savoury finish. A scarce library release.
