How the reminders work: the downloadable calendar adds all 49 days as yearly-recurring all-day events, each with an alert one week before so you have time to pick up a bottle. Use “Download” for a one-time import into Apple Calendar or Google Calendar, or “Subscribe” to keep it updated automatically. Per-day “Add to” links add a single occurrence to Apple Calendar (iPhone/Mac) or Google Calendar (Android).
