Full On Misfit is his white blend — the “misfit” parcels that do not fit the single-varietal bottlings, assembled into a wine with real presence.

Expect a saline, savoury style with citrus and orchard fruit, a broad textural mid-palate and a dry, mineral finish. A white built for the table rather than the tasting bench.
