An exceptional expression of Syrah from Rozy Gunn’s breathtaking biodynamic farm in the Elgin Highlands, formerly bottled under the Iona label. Following her philosophy that “natural is best”, everything is done by hand: only natural yeasts, no enzymes, fining, filtration or added SO2.
The result has real authenticity: layers of blackberry and raspberry woven seamlessly with cracked black pepper and a touch of clove, with energy and lightness of touch in every sip.
