100% Chardonnay from the Los Arbolitos single vineyard.
Vineyard sits at high altitude in Los Chacayes, planted on silty-sand soils with abundant calcium carbonate and large stones.
Grapes were hand-harvested, encouraging natural vine expression.
Fermentation used indigenous yeasts, contributing to complexity and a sense of place.
Aged for 12 months on the lees (sur lie) in French oak barrels, about half of which were new.
Part of the wine was kept in stainless steel to preserve freshness and tension, while the oaked portion adds richness and structure.
The resulting wine is textured and layered, with a strong backbone of acidity and fine oak integration.
