Alcohol: 14.0% ABV.
Maturation: The wine was aged for approximately 11 months in 228L French oak barriques (approx. 23% new oak, 50% 2nd fill, 27% 3rd fill).
Vinification: Natural fermentation by indigenous yeasts, with 100% malolactic fermentation, but no lees stirring.
Vineyard: Grapes are hand-picked, with multiple picks to maximize the flavor spectrum.
