Gabriëlskloof ‘The Blend’ from Walker Bay has aromas of blackcurrant, red cherry and dried peach with a hint of star anise. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with fine tannins and well-balanced acidity. The finish is long and lingering with hints of dark chocolate.
