Kevin Grant’s Pinot Noir comes from elevated, cool sites on the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, where Bokkeveld shale and Atlantic-influenced breezes produce wines of poise and length. Ataraxia has become a defining name for Cape Pinot Noir.
100% Pinot Noir, hand-picked. Whole-berry and partial whole-bunch ferments in open-top stainless and small oak vessels with gentle plunging, then matured for around ten months in French oak (approximately 30% new).
