Pale straw with green reflections. Open, sea-breezy nose of fresh lemon zest, white peach, green apple and Mediterranean herbs, with a touch of salinity over a chalky-mineral spine. Medium-bodied with crisp citric acidity, saline mouthfeel and a clean, lingering finish of grapefruit pith. Excellent with seafood, antipasti and grilled white fish.

Marchesi Antinori’s Tenuta Guado al Tasso is one of the defining estates of Bolgheri — a thousand-hectare property between the Tyrrhenian coast and the Maremma hills, made famous by its Cabernet-led red blends. The estate’s Vermentino is the Antinori expression of Bolgheri’s indigenous Mediterranean white grape, planted on the more open, sandy parcels that catch the cooling sea breeze.
100% Vermentino, hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel to preserve aromatic precision and freshness. No oak. Bottled young for early drinking — Bolgheri summer in a glass.
