Pieter Ferreira – ‘Mr Bubbles’ – is one of South Africa’s most decorated sparkling winemakers, having spent over 35 years as Graham Beck’s first winemaker before stepping down in 2026 to focus on his own label with wife Ann. His sparkling wines have been poured at Nelson Mandela’s inauguration and before Barack Obama’s 2008 victory speech.
The Blanc de Blancs is 100% Chardonnay, aged for 55 months on the lees – structured, complex and beautifully autolytic.
