Founded in 1831 and now run by the sixth generation, Maison Albert Bichot is one of Burgundy’s leading family houses, with around 100 hectares of its own vineyards from Chablis to Moulin-à-Vent.
Chardonnay from steep, calcareous-clay slopes across the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation delivers white orchard fruit, subtle spice and delicate vanilla, with vibrant freshness and pronounced minerality. Eight to nine months on fine lees, 70% in stainless steel and 30% in oak, add texture and gentle richness while preserving purity, balance and finesse.
