Founded in 1920 in Damery, Champagne Lenoble is an independent, family-led house with vineyards across the Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne. Since 2023 it has been owned by Ségolène Frère-Gallienne, co-owner of Château Cheval Blanc, and it was one of the first Champagne houses to gain HVE environmental certification.
A distinctive Extra Brut combining 49% of the 2021 vintage with an exceptional 51% of reserve wines, some aged in cork-sealed magnums on the lees, a technique practised by only a handful of houses. Predominantly Pinot Meunier, with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it shows pear, apple and acacia layered with brioche, pastry and vibrant yellow grapefruit. Forty-two months’ ageing builds texture and roundness, while a low 3 g/L dosage keeps it fresh, precise and finely balanced.
Blend: 55% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir
Dosage: 3 g/L (Extra Brut)
Alcohol: 12.5%
