Original price was: £28.95.Current price is: £24.95. incl. VAT

12 in stock

Pale onion-skin pink. Open, fresh nose of white peach, pink grapefruit, crushed strawberry and Provençal herbs. The palate is crystalline and precise — citrus drive over a delicate saline-mineral spine, fine acidity and a clean, lifted finish. A serious, food-friendly Cru Classé rosé — excellent with seafood, charcuterie, or simply on a hot day.

2025 Vintage — Côtes de Provence Cru Classé, La Londe-les-Maures, France

Château Sainte Marguerite is one of the few Crus Classés of Côtes de Provence — the highest tier of the appellation, awarded to only 18 estates in 1955 and still tightly held. The estate sits on the maritime fringes of the appellation at La Londe-les-Maures, where the cool, salt-laced sea breezes off the Mediterranean lift acidity in the grapes and keep the rosés precise rather than ripe. Family-owned by the Fayard family, who have farmed the property organically since the 1990s.

Symphonie is the entry into the Cru Classé range — a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle (the local name for Vermentino), with a touch of Syrah for backbone. Whole-cluster pressed at very low yields, cold-fermented in stainless steel, and bottled young. Pale onion-skin pink. The 2025 release shows the signature Sainte Marguerite delicacy: crystalline citrus and white peach fruit, a saline-mineral spine, and a finish of crushed herbs and pink grapefruit. Classic Provence with above-average concentration.
