Constantia Glen sits high on the slopes of Constantia Nek, perched above the Cape’s original wine ward. The estate’s Sauvignon Blanc draws from the cool maritime breeze of False Bay and decomposed granite soils — conditions that produce wines of vivid intensity and ageing potential.
100% Sauvignon Blanc, parcels picked at varying ripeness and fermented separately to preserve aromatic precision. Cool, slow ferment in stainless steel; bottled young to retain crystalline fruit and structural acidity.
