Highlands Road Sine Cera 2016 is a magnificent white Bordeaux blend, evenly split SB & Semillon at 50% each. Full & rich, complex, quite fresh & crisp, with gooseberries, tropical fruit, grapefruit, deliciously waxy & creamy mouthfeel. Quite big with a satisfying fruity grapefruit lingering, honeyed hints of lemon & lime. Highlands Road owner, Michael White with winemaker Vanessa Simkiss have built up a reputation of excellence with this particular blend, having identified Elgin as ideal for the growing of SB & Semillon.
