The Highlands Road 2015 Pinot Noir has a lovely cola nose followed by raspberry, rose and rhubarb.
The palate is full of fruit, some brûléed, cherry, strawberry and rhubarb pie with the crust!
The crust is delivered by the intricate use of wood, with long and deep flavours.
