BLANKbottle Epileptic Inspiration 2021 is single vineyard Semillon from Elgin. The wine is a combination of Amphora, old and new French oak fermented/aged components.

Gentle, complex and elegantly expressive but with all the excitement and rumbling energy of a wine that will age for years to come – that’s what the 2021 offers. Cardamon pods, coriander, and gentle spices dance around a moreish core of florality and clean, seductive ripeness. Lean in profile but displaying layers and layers interest; so neat yet so multi-faceted.
